Copyright and Trademark Notice: reserves our rights in relation to our branding.
Privacy Policy: describes how we collect, use, share and process your personal data and sets out your rights in relation to your personal data.
Data Protection Agreement: sets out the legal terms on which we process personal data.
Customer Managed Service Terms and CMS Subscription Terms: these terms, together with the applicable pricing policies, apply to users of our Customer Managed Service.
Engineer Terms: these terms, together with relevant policies, apply to engineers registered on the ITARMI Platform.
Specific Terms and Policies: apply to user groups from time to time (for example, users of certain services or users based in certain jurisdictions).
Customer Order Form: if applicable, an ITARMI-approved order form.
By using the ITARMI Platform or our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. We periodically update our Terms and Conditions. If you have an active account with us, we will let you know when we do so, by e-mail and/or in-app notification. If you access the ITARMI Platform after being notified of an update, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions.
